Shared or private — which should you choose?
A shared 4×4 is the most affordable and practical way to experience the desert. It is suitable for solo travelers, couples, and small groups who are open to sharing the vehicle with other guests. A private 4×4 is more expensive, but it offers the benefit of having your own driver, the freedom to follow your own schedule (within the camp’s designated hours), and greater flexibility if you are traveling with young children or a large family.
